Most product roles touch one layer. This one touches all of them. Here is a map of my environment today: the teams I lead, the org I navigate, and the scale I operate at daily. At the core of it is the Product Catalog & Availability Platform. This backend powers every customer-facing experience at Starbucks, from the app and web to digital menu boards and kiosks where customers actually place their order.
